Whoever wantonly destroys, injures, marks upon or otherwise defaces any wharf or its appurtenances, or any engine house, building, hitching post, awning, fence, railing or any other property whatsoever, whether public or private, not his own, or who unlawfully, maliciously or wantonly kills, wounds, disfigures, maims or injures any animal the property of another, or who willfully administers poison to any such animal, or who maliciously and unlawfully exposes any poison with intent that the same be taken by any such animal, or who maliciously or wantonly, in any manner, or by any means not otherwise particularly specified in this section, destroys or injures any personal property or any real property whatsoever of another, within the corporate limits of the city, shall be deemed an ordinance violator.
