Nothing provided in this title shall interfere with remedies provided in other chapters of this code for the abatement of nuisances or with the remedies provided in any building code or similar codes. The city manager may, at his option, choose any method or combination of methods provided for by any chapter of this code in order to secure the abatement of nuisances or prohibit maintaining nuisances.
