A. A decision by the hearing officer under this section is final. A decision shall be sent within 20 calendar days after the hearing to all parties by personal service or certified mail. A final decision of the hearing officer may be appealed to the superior court in accordance with the Alaska Rules of Appellate Procedure. (Ord. 20-012 § 3, 2020)
