Varying dimensions of lots are recommended, but the minimum dimensions of lots for residential use shall be 60 feet in width at the property line and 120 feet in depth. In areas where no public sewage disposal system is available, the lots shall be large enough to afford the construction of septic tanks and seepage pits in accordance with the regulations and specifications of the Alaska Department of Health.
