12.30.030 Procedure for making a donation.

The city’s community development office will manage all donations located on city park, recreational facilities, and outdoor facilities, with the assistance of the parks maintenance crew.
A. Application. Applications are sent to the community development office to determine whether a donation may be accepted based upon criteria contained in this policy. Applications are available through the mail or in person at the community development office. (Ord. 22-001 § 3, 2022)
