The manager is authorized to promulgate regulations, in addition to the rules stated in PMC 12.24.025, to regulate the use of specific recreational facilities, which shall be posted at the facility. The regulations authorized by this particular section include, but are not limited to, establishment of hours of operations for parks and recreation facilities, measures necessary to increase the comfort or safety of the public, and closure of parks and recreation facilities for maintenance or other reasons.
