A. The owner shall comply with all the requirements of the chief’s order within 10 business days of notification. Personal notification shall be made by a Palmer police department officer.

B. In addition, the owner shall notify the chief within the 10-business-day period that the owner has complied with all the requirements of the order. If within the 10-business-day period the owner fails to comply or fails to so notify the chief, the owner shall be fined as stated in PMC 6.28.010.
