The city adopts by reference the Alaska Uniform Remote Seller Sales Tax Code (code) and Supplemental Definitions of the Alaska Remote Sellers Sales Tax Commission, as the code currently exists, and as may be further amended. (Ord. 20-002 § 3, 2020)
