A. The city manager, or designee, shall assist the board and will be the regular technical advisor of the board, but shall not have the power to vote.

B. City staff shall provide a recording clerk to the board. The recording clerk shall keep a record of board proceedings. (Ord. 19-018 § 3, 2019; Ord. 15-005 § 3, 2015)
