17.32.062 Lot area restrictions.

Lot areas shall be subject to the following restrictions:
A. Minimum lot width is 60 feet.
B. Minimum lot area is 7,200 square feet.
C. Residential square footage shall not exceed commercial square footage. (Ord. 05-027 § 3, 2005; Ord. 626 § 4, 2004)
