“Nonconforming use” means a use of land or structure, which was lawfully existing immediately before the provisions of this title or its amendments became applicable to such land or structure, but which use did not conform to the provisions of this title or its amendments when these provisions became applicable to such use or structure and which use has continued to be used without cessation, discontinuance or abandonment for the periods set out in Chapter 17.68 PMC.
