The bound volumes containing the code known as the International Mechanical Code, 2015 Edition, of the International Code Council, and every part thereof including Appendix A, together with the local amendments as set forth in Chapter 15.24 PMC, shall constitute the laws of the city relating to heating, cooling and ventilation installations.
